On a purchase of a freehold property at £149,999 the following costs would apply:
We offer this service at a fixed fee of £600.00 plus VAT. This is the total cost of our service, although there are some disbursements payable.
This fee breaks down as follows:
Legal Fees: £600.00
VAT on fees: £120.00
Disbursements: (these are payable to third parties that relate to your purchase)
Land Registry Search: £3.80
Land Registry Registration: £95.00
Telegraphic Transfer Fee: £35.00
Additional fees may be payable to the Landlord to register the Transfer. Typically these are £50.00 plus VAT.
Note: This fee will only cover the services mentioned above. If your matter requires additional work, that is not included in this estimate, you will be informed of this and what the additional fee or cost will be at the earliest possible time. Matters typically exceed the quoted fee when they are particularly complicated, for example where a Lease has to be extended as part of the Purchase of a Leasehold Property.
